Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of Twin Smart Solution (“TSS”), a property, facility, maintenance, accounting and automation platform operated by Twin Trading Company in the Sultanate of Oman.
Last updated: 8 October 2026
1. Service and acceptance
By accessing or using TSS on behalf of yourself or an organization, you agree to these Terms and to any applicable service agreement, order, onboarding terms or workspace policy. If you use TSS for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.
2. Accounts and workspace administration
Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and use only the workspaces and roles they are authorized to access. Workspace administrators are responsible for assigning access, roles, policies, approval limits and connected operational channels for their organization.
3. Property and operational data
Workspace customers are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of property, owner, tenant, lease, provider, technician, maintenance and financial information they enter or connect to TSS. TSS provides tools for managing and processing this information but does not independently verify every source record.
4. WhatsApp and communications
Where a workspace enables WhatsApp Business services, TSS may receive and send operational messages for maintenance intake, approvals, RFQs, assignments, status updates and other configured workflows. Customers must obtain and maintain any notices, permissions or consent required for their communications and must comply with applicable WhatsApp and Meta platform policies.
5. Automation and AI-assisted functions
TSS may use deterministic rules and AI-assisted functions for classification, matching, data validation, summaries, code suggestions, reminders and workflow routing. Automated output can be incomplete or incorrect and must be used within the customer’s configured review and approval controls. TSS does not authorize users to bypass required human approval, legal obligations or professional judgment.
6. Financial and accounting functions
TSS may calculate charges, management fees, reminders, owner statements and other operational financial records based on workspace data and policy. Customers remain responsible for validating accounting, tax, payment and reporting requirements that apply to them. Posted financial history may be protected from direct rewriting and instead corrected by controlled adjustment, reversal, void or amendment workflows.
7. Acceptable use
Users must not use TSS to violate law, infringe rights, send unauthorized or deceptive communications, introduce malicious code, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service availability, access another workspace without authorization or misuse connected third-party services.
8. Privacy and data protection
Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Data deletion instructions are available on the Data Deletion page. Workspace customers remain responsible for having an appropriate legal basis for the data they provide to TSS.
9. Third-party services
TSS may integrate with hosting, database, messaging, AI, email, IoT or other third-party services. Those services can be subject to separate terms, technical limitations and availability conditions. TSS is not responsible for outages or changes caused solely by a third-party service outside TSS control.
10. Availability and changes
TSS may update, improve, suspend or discontinue features as the platform evolves, including to maintain security, compliance or service reliability. Planned changes should be managed to avoid unnecessary disruption to active customer workflows.
11. Intellectual property
TSS software, interface design, automation logic, branding and related platform materials remain the property of their respective owner or licensor. Customers retain rights in their own business data subject to the permissions required for TSS to process that data and provide the service.
12. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment where applicable or as otherwise provided in a service agreement. Data handling after termination remains subject to legal, accounting, security and contractual retention requirements.
13. Service limitations
TSS is an operational software platform and is not a substitute for legal, tax, accounting, engineering or other regulated professional advice. Customers are responsible for final decisions and for verifying outputs where professional judgment or statutory compliance is required.
14. Governing framework
These Terms are intended to operate within the laws and applicable regulations of the Sultanate of Oman, subject to any different written agreement validly entered into with a customer.
15. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated as TSS functionality, commercial arrangements or legal requirements change. The current version will be published at this URL. Questions about these Terms or general business matters may be sent to contact@twinsmartsolution.com. Platform support requests may be sent to support@twinsmartsolution.com.
